Regulated-Client Mix

Owner-Operator

Owner is active in the business. Absentee-PE-backed MSPs are better served by Option A as a straight advisory engagement.

Willingness To Discuss Rev-Share

Option B is the default. We are open to Option A; Option C requires very specific conditions. Not being open to a rev-share conversation usually signals a fit mismatch.
